John Lee LMHCPrivate pay is encouraged to ensure confidentiality and privacy. Please keep in mind that if one goes through an insurance company that company can view the medical records.
Cigna, Humana, Multi Plan and Mental Health Network are accepted.
The following fees have been updated as of 3/21/10
90 minute evaluation  200.00
90 minute EMDR or Hypnotherapy session 150.00
50 minute psychotherapy session 125.00
Phone therapy 30 dollars per 15 minutes paid in advance.
For people making less than 40,000 per year, fees can be adjusted.
